Our stay at Hotel Wild Wood was ideally located on Mall road, opposite the ropeway. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the hotel provided a shuttle service for added convenience. The super deluxe room we stayed in had a pleasant view from the balcony, overlooking the hills and valley. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were decent and the food at the restaurant was also good. we had a good stay at Hotel Wild Wood and would recommend it to others.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and loved it! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town and close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the comfortable beds.

The only negative was the noise level from outside, which could be heard even with the windows closed. However, this is to be expected given its central location.

Our stay wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. Though the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was just in the center of the Mall road, everything else turned out to be a disappointment. The bathroom was not maintained and the service was slow. We expected better breakfast since it is such an essential part of staying in a hotel, but the food was mediocre at best. There was no view to speak of.
